Vincent Munier

Vincent is the first photographer to be awarded the BBC’s ‘Erik Hosking Award’ for Wildlife Photographer of the Year three times in a row.

His works are exhibited in art galleries and published in prestigious international magazines.

He also independently publishes his photo books through Kobalann, the publishing house he founded in 2010.

His most notable projects include photographing the white wolves of Ellesmere Island, Canada, and the swans and cranes of Hokkaido Island, Japan.

One of his trips to Tibet was documented in the book “The Snow Panther” by Sylvain Tesson, who accompanied him on the trip.

“They criticize me for wanting to beautify the animal world, but there are already enough witnesses to the disaster!. I seek beauty, I pay my respects to it. It’s my way of defending her”
